Martha Gentry’s Home Selling Team exceeded the sales of all other Pinehurst/Southern Pines area agents in 2004, with 275 transactions and $60 million in total sales, according to a news release from Gentry.
This compares to sales of $40 million in 2003 and makes it the eighth consecutive year that Gentry’s Home Selling Team has been the No. 1 Realtor in Moore County.
Gentry thanked all of her customers and members of the real estate community who played a critical role in helping her achieve this coveted honor.
“The combination of an experienced and professional team of specialists to handle the listing side of the business along with seven buyer specialist agents to provide unparalleled service to those seeking to purchase homes in the area is enabling me to set a new goal of $80 million in total sales for 2005,” she said. “We always treasure our clients’ repeat business and truly appreciate their referral of friends and neighbors to us.”
